Torrance Park – Phase 3

Offering a natural expansion of Torrance Park, Phase 3 would provide a mixture of housing types and tenures.

The new proposed development, which lies to the east of Phases 1 and 2, could deliver up to 800 units in this 80 acre (33 ha) site. This land is currently identified as Green Belt under the adopted Local Plan. We intend to promote this land through the next Local Plan.
