    Description

    5 acre site located at Newbridge Industrial Estate, sitting adjacent to the Edgen Murray steel stockholding building. Murray Estates secured a planning consent for 80,000 sqft of Class 5 & 6 (Industrial and Distribution uses).

    Status

    The site was sold to Northern Trust Limited in July 2010.

  • Dalmarnock, Glasgow

    Description

    15 acres of land located across from the 2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games village situated on Dalmarnock Rd. The site is included in the Clyde Gateway (Urban regeneration Co) masterplan as a site designated for residential development (300 units).

    Status

    The site was sold to Clyde Gateway in March 2010.

  • Templar Lodge, Gullane

    Description

    Proposed conversion and refurbishment of an existing Grade B Listed building into 10 residential apartments and 7 new build 3 storey townhouses to the rear of the existing building. Murray Estates secured planning permission in January 2009 following extensive negotiations with East Lothian Council and local stakeholder groups.

    Status

    The site was sold to Playfair Properties in January 2011.

    Two separate 1 acre sites situated on Brook street. One of the sites benefited from a Waste Management License.

    Status

    The sites were sold to Clyde Gateway in September 2009.

    Description

    New build development of 17 luxury residential apartments. Murray Estates completed the development with their joint venture partner, Applecross Properties.

    Status

    The last apartment was sold in April 2014.
